The home is nestled in aspen and pine groves. Nearby rock outcroppings add to the beauty of the setting. There is an oversized 2-car attached garage and another detached garage with tall roll-out doors for RV storage. The home is beautifully furnished with tasteful mountain decor.

The home is located in the new National Historical Park which is one of four in the nation. The rich history of the mining district and railroads provide an interesting setting to explore. South Park City is a recreation of the old mining days and has a museum complete with an entire ghost town to explore. Fairplay is about 10 minutes away. Boreas Pass, Guanella Pass, Mosquito Pass, and Weston Pass are but a few of the many areas you will want to explore - especially in the Fall as this area is known for it's magnificent Fall foliage. You can take Mosquito Pass right into Leadville and explore dozens of old mines there. Breckenridge with world class skiing and shopping is less than an hour away. Buena Vista with its famous rafting and ATV trails is 45 minutes away.
