Glacier Peaks Chalet

This gorgeous cabin located in the center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains has all the amenities and all of the activities to make your dream vacation come true. The main home is located on a 3.5 acre heavily wooded lot with Aspen groves and gorgeous views of the mountains to the south from the large deck and 4-person hot tub. The luxurious kitchen includes all the modern amenities. The spacious living area surrounds a stone wood-burning fireplace and the home is decorated in cozy cabin décor and has gorgeous views through all windows of either mountains or aspen groves. There are three full bedrooms - one with a King bed and one with a full size bed both decorated in mountain decor. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the kids. There is also a futon mattress (not on a frame) that can be used for the young children.

The beautiful and spacious master bedroom is located upstairs and has it's own private balcony overlooking the Aspen Grove behind the house. There is a small study with a desk in the bedroom as well.
 
This home is located in the prestigious Michigan Hills area which is near Jefferson Lake. There are hiking trails, fishing spots with gold-medal fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling trails, snow-shoeing trails, and 4-wheel drive trails in almost every direction. Every imaginable activity is within minutes of this home. The views combined with the seclusion and forested lot make for a perfect and peaceful vacation. However, you are still within minutes of the activities of Breckenridge and Fairplay. It is the best of both worlds—being near all of the activities and being able to enjoy the solitude of being truly up in the mountains instead of a neighborhood in a busy town.
