Description

This large home sits on 8 private acres including a year-round stream and ponds.  The panoramic mountain views can be enjoyed from multiple rooms in the house and also from the spacious decks that span the entire front top and bottom. When the suns set, you can enjoy the fireplaces, pool table and the many living areas.  Enough room for two or more families to enjoy with places for hanging out, lounging or taking a nap. 

The jewel of the house is the panoramic mountain view flanked by the river rock fireplace. The large leather seating area expands the whole first floor living area facing the floor to ceiling windows. Your view is just as impressive from the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for large groups. Solid oak dining table seats 10 below an industrial-modern chandelier.
This level has three bedrooms. In the master bedroom, take in the mountain views to the west and north from the king-sized bed while warming up with your fireplace. The 5-piece master bath offers a nice, deep soaking tub. Queen bedroom includes walk-in closet. Full bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the wagon and a pond to the east where elk gather.

Follow the stairs up to the loft. Your favorite place in the house to experience the double-sided sunrise! Watch the sun peek up in the east while the rays spill down the mountains and into the valley in the west. Comfy couch with reclining seats for your movie nights with a Fire-stick or DVD player and surround sound. Lots of games, books, DVDs and a chest of cozy blankets to use throughout the cabin.

The Lower Level has a double-sided fireplace that separates the unique pool table from the second TV/Living Room. Walk out to the patio to grill or stroll to the fire pit for a starry night campfire.  There is two bedrooms on this level.  The King bedroom with its stunning view to the west. The super fun and comfortable bunk room (with toys!) sleeps 4. Full bathroom with heated slate floor and fluffy towels for your enjoyment. Kitchenette features a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave and dishwasher. Park in the heated, oversized garage, then enter the mud room with cubicles and ski holders.

The property offers a place to try your luck with Gold Panning, the gold pans even provided!  Get your fishing license and try your hand at fly fishing for the South Park Award winning Trout. Head to one of the many trailheads along the Continental Divide, Mountain Bike,  River Raft, Ski/Snowboard, Snowshoe and Cross-Country Ski are some of the many activities you can enjoy in the Central Colorado Rockies. Your Ultimate Rocky Mountain Adventure and Vacation!!

**We are located in the Central Rockies so all of our homes are above 9,500 feet. Please be advised that elevation is a factor when deciding if this location is right for you. You are also required to have 4wd with good tires, or 4wd with chains if your tread is warn past 4/32 inch, during the winter months, November-May**
