Silverheels Chalet

Description

Silverheels Chalet is a mountain dream home. The care taken in this new build keeps in mind the Great Outdoors with hardy finishes, but also the comfort needed at the end of the day. The Great Room has floor to ceiling windows that let you sit and enjoy dining, relaxation, and cooking with the Mountain wonder just beyond. There is gas fireplace that is easy to light and add the cozy comfort of a fire, without the challenge of building one. Above the mantle is a large flat screen television with satellite programming. This has a modern kitchen with all the appliances you could want, even a wine cooler. There is an island that helps with extra seating, but also be part of the culinary inventions! The dining area is next to the amazing views, but still part of the open feeling. There is comfortable lounging area for those who are better at supervising the activities then participating.  There is a 1/2 bath right off of the Great Room, no reason to traipse through the Master.

The Master offers a new King Bed, couch for lounging, large flat screen television and a marvelous en-suite Master Bath. There is a large soaking tub, and spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. Top of the line bath facility. Coming is the new Bristlecone custom furniture, just didn't get finished yet. There is a dresser and walk in closet to store your vacation supplies.

The downstairs is the extra large game room with another living space. There is a queen sofa bed in the game room, ask if you need to use. This is where if you want to build a wood fire, you can do so in the wood stove. Yet another large flat screen television with satellite programming. Two table areas to play games and have snacks, pool table to challenge each other to the game of the evening. This area is quite large and can be the teenagers and grown adults to enjoy!

The Queen bedroom has comfortable new bed with Aspen framing, flat screen television with programming, and comfortable lounging chair. Also a large dresser and closet for your vacation activities. Right next door is the bunk bed room, one more flat screen television with a lounge chair, dresser, and closet. Between the bedrooms there is the combination tub/shower with plenty of hot water.
